Word prompt- light
Twenty-five minutes later, the yacht tied to the pier and on shore power, Jessica sent the two SAS members up for food. She then turned to the others and with a smile gathered them to her.
“All right, Martina and I’ll start with the flying bridge and work our way down the outside to the main deck. Each of you take a room, when it’s been thoroughly checked close the door and with your marker put on “X” and your initials on it.”
“Mind if I ask why?” Seamus said.
“That’s so, if we have to search again a different person will do the room,” Toby answered to clarify the question.
“Well, let’s get to work,” Ronny announced, helping Jessica onto the yacht.
After five hours with the only thing found being the computer which John took back to the house, Jessica called it a night. Gathering everyone on the aft deck she told them dinner was waiting and they’d start again at first light.
Over a dinner of Wagyu beef grilled over oak, baked potatoes, which were started first because of the long cooking time, broccoli and a garden salad, everyone went over what they’d found. Prior to the debriefing Jessica had specified there would only be general reference to the sex toys they found. She asked John and he agree to go last since he’d already told her what he’d found.
“All right John, your turn.”
“Thanks boss. Okay, I got lucky and the computer wasn’t password protected nor were any of the files. And you were correct Jessica, Alfonso’s entire client list along with locations, amounts paid and account numbers are there. What makes it even better, no of it was encrypted. Guess he figures he never thought he’d be found out.”
“What about the payouts to Yuri? Anything about that?” Jessica asked in the hopes there would be the proof she needed to bring him down.
“Yes and no. I did find out, early on a few references to him but no payout. I did find some going to an Inspector Michaud.”
